Through our work amongst orphanages in Romania we met Stefan Rusu. He was born with incomplete limbs and consequently abandoned in the orphanage. He is a courageous and determined little boy whose wish is to have arms and legs to be able to feed himself. LIM and our sponsors were able to meet that need!
